For example, we supply many of the springs used in reclining styling chairs at hair salons—such as those in the foot switches and reclining mechanisms.
Our springs are also found in everyday products like clothespins sold at 100-yen shops.
Beyond that, our springs are used in robotic drilling machines, corrosion-resistant applications in nuclear reactors and ships, and flat springs for chargers and battery holders.
We manufacture everything from ultra-fine springs with a 0.1 mm diameter to large-scale springs several meters long.

At Fusehatsu, we offer in-house support for post-processing needs such as surface treatment, welding, pressing, and assembly.

This one-stop service helps reduce cost, lead time, and quality risks.
For example, we design springs with post-plating changes in mind—ensuring consistent performance after processing.

We also specialize in welding techniques like butt and argon welding, meeting the high safety standards required in demanding applications.

At Fusehatsu, we follow a strict quality control system based on ISO 9001 to ensure consistent performance—from prototypes to mass production.

While standard inspections are conducted by sampling, we also offer full inspections upon request.
For customers requiring standards beyond JIS, we provide dual inspections—both machine-based and visual checks—for higher assurance.
